Suzuki’s special Swift has Attitude

Suzuki has launched an Attitude special edition version of its Swift, following the success of a similar version on the previous generation.

Only 500 Attitudes will be made but for the first time they will be offered in both five and three-door form.

Based on the 1.2-litre SZ3 model, the special edition is pitched firmly at younger buyers, so gets sport-themed aggressive styling.

These include carbon-fibre effect roof and door mirrors, a rear upper spoiler in body colour, carbon-fibre effect ‘Attitude’ badging and 16-inch wheels in black paint finish.

Other extras over the SZ3 grade include front fog lamps and rear privacy glass. The car also includes the SZ3’s even airbags, ESP, air conditioning and USB port.

Suzuki says the 93bhp 1.2-litre engine is one of the most powerful in its class but offers low emissions of just 116g/km, 56.5mpg on the combined cycle and only £30 in annual VED charges.

The Swift Attitude is supplied in Superior White only at £10,750 for the three-door and £11,220 for the five-door model. Insurance group rating is 9E.
