Zafira Tourer to get fleet-friendly trim
Vauxhall is to extend its Tech Line trim level – aimed squarely at company car drivers – to the recently-launched Zafira Tourer MPV.
Tech Line versions of the Tourer will start at £19,785, right at the base of the price list for the upmarket model.
Joining the existing Tech Line line-up of Astra, Insignia and Mokka SUV, the Zafira Tourer gets several equipment temptations, including the Navi 600 satellite navigation system, Bluetooth and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Also included are features such as chrome lower window mouldings, silver roof rails, high gloss black B-pillars and black mirror accents, and dark tinted rear glass.
Four engine choices are on offer, either 1.4 turbo or 1.8-litre petrol units both of 140bhp or one of two 2.0-litre diesels with 128bhp or 162bhp.
The smaller diesel is expected to be the most enticing for company car drivers. Its ecoFlex start/stop engine combines 119g/km of CO2 with 62.8mpg combined cycle fuel economy, thus producing low benefit-in-kind tax rates.
The Zafira Tourer Tech Line is available for order now, with first deliveries expected in September.
